We enjoyed the accommodation with comfortable beds; the location was convenient being close to a supermarket, Pantheon, Coliseum, and a public square.

Great and favourable setting, I had very nice time.

everything was great, good location very close to the rima termini station and main landmarks in city center-coliseum and restaurants, quite comfortable experience. brand-new room, big bed and we loved good bathroom.

Had a great time staying here. the rooms were super clean and looked fresh. the staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to help out. Definitely a 👌 experience!

Location is very good. Room was neat and clean. Quiet place; no undue interference.

Got a few surprises: towels are changed on alternate days. Breakfast is one croissant or do'nut with a cup of coffee in a small cafe in the next block. No hotel staff is to be seen in the morning or evening, unless you call the owner for a pre-fixed appointment.

No sign makes it confusing to arrive. The area where is located is not clean and people around dont speak english. No receptionist available full time, and does not speaK spanish or english. No kind service.

The location was marvellous in the heart of Rome. You may take the train at Roma Termini train station within a 5-minute walk from here. - the hotel was fairly clean with nice staff. - There were central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

This place is centrally located, very close to the main train station, and the staff are incredibly friendly and excellent.

The staff here were all very nice and helpful. Our room was super cozy, had its own bathroom, and the bed was really comfy - we loved it! 😊

The b&b is ideally located near Termini Station and many sights in downtown Rome are in walking distance. Security at the b&b is excellent.

The Breakfast part of b&b is down the street, not in the building. The proprietors were pretty much non-existant while we were there. Communication was an effort - our fault, not theirs - their English is better than my Italian, but that isn't saying much!

Cozy room. Rudy is a helpful guy but his wife is always cold-face. Although the breakfast is simple but the coffee is excellent

The room was good sized and very clean and had a safe deposit box.

Had to pay extra 20 euro than shown on booking ( Taxes they said ).advertised as air conditioned room but when I asked why the AC does not work I was told that I have to pay extra too. Very poor breakfast just a scone and a coffee at a bar few doors away.TV not in good working condition.Only one small soap for 2 people in five days..Area not quite safe at late night.

What an amazing experience! The host at this B&B was beyond accommodating, staying up late for our arrival and providing a helpful map of the city. The location was superb, with shops and transportation close by. The room was spotless, and the AC was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The proximity to major landmarks like the Termini and Coliseum made exploring a breeze. The daily room cleaning was top-notch, and the supply of necessities was never lacking. a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

localization is good, close to sub, but on a dark street. Room is big. Breakfast is ok for this price, but in a bar nearby. Wifi free and works on room very well. TV has lots of channels.

Air conditioning is on the price, but during May it has no remote control available, even to just start the device. 4th floor with a very old lift. Hard to find the hotel.
